Christmas Ice Cream
This quick & easy festive dessert is the perfect end to any holiday meal. With two methods to choose from, anyone can create an impressive festive dessert. Minimal prep means less time in the kitchen and more time around the table.

METHOD 1:
Ingredients
- 1L Good Quality Vanilla Ice Cream
- 500g Good Quality Fruit Cake
- Lavender & Lime Date & Cinnamon Balsamic Syrup
Directions
1Let the vanilla ice cream soften a bit.
2Break the fruit cake into pieces and stir into the softened ice cream.
3Scoop into glasses and drizzle with Lavender & Lime’s Date & Cinnamon Balsamic Syrup.
METHOD 2:
Ingredients
- 500ml Fresh Cream
- 1 Tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 500g Good Quality Fruit Cake
- Lavender & Lime Date & Cinnamon Balsamic Syrup
Directions
1Wip the cream in a stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
2Break the fruit cake into pieces.
3With the mixer still running, slowly pour in the sweetened condensed milk.
4Turn mixer off,remove bowl and gently stir in the fruit cake pieces.
5Scoop into glasses and drizzle with Lavender & Lime’s Date & Cinnamon Balsamic Syrup.
